Forms for Nursery Admission for the year 2025--2026 to be filled online.

Eligibility:
  • Child born on and between 1st July 2021 to 31st December 2022 is eligible for Admission in Nursery-English.
    Child born on 1st July 2020 to 31st December 2021 is eligible for admission to JR.K.G Semi English.

Application Process:
  • The application form should be filled carefully without any mistakes.
  • The online application process will begin on 15-11-2024 at 10.00 am and will close on 30-11-2024 at 5.00 pm.
  • Printout of the acknowledgement slip along with photocopy of necessary documents should be submitted in the school for registration from 25/11/2024 to 02/12/2024 between 2.00pm to 3.00pm.
  • A registration fee of Rs.300/- is to be paid at the time of submission.
  • List of necessary documents to be scanned and submitted along with the application form -
    • Birth certificate of the child.
    • Aadhar card of the child.
    • Proof of Residence (any one) –
      • Ration card
      • Electricity bill
    • Caste certificate and caste validity certificate for a child from any of the following reserved categories – SC, ST, VJ, NT-1, NT-2, NT-3, OBC, SBC, SEBC.

Reservation Policy:
  • Seats will be allotted as per the reservation policy established by the Government.

Selection Process:
  • List of selected candidates along with date of admission, fee details,mode of payment and other instructions will be displayed on the website on 13-12-2024 after 6.00pm.
  • Submission of the form does not guarantee securing a seat for admission.
  • Preference will be given to those residing nearby locality.
  • However, special consideration for admission will be given to a child whose:
    • Own sister or brother is presently studying in primary or secondary (up to std. 10) at PVGs Vidya Bhawan (Mumbai branch).Please fill in the sibling column correctly.
    • Own sister or brother has passed out from PVGs Vidya Bhawan (Mumbai branch).
    • Mother or Father is an ex-student of PVG’s Vidya Bhawan (Mumbai branch).
    • Selection of candidates for admission will be strictly by lottery system.
Note:
  • → Cousin Brother or sister mentioned in the sibling column will not be accepted.
  • → Following document must be submitted if the parent of the child is an ex-student of PVG’s Vidya Bhawan (Mumbai branch):
    • Report card of any year.
    • School Leaving Certificate.
  • → Wrong information or not submitting the required documents asked will render your Application invalid.
  • → Please fill out the admission form on a laptop or desktop computer. Do not use a mobile device.
  • → School Bus service is compulsory.

The institution has setup an admission committee to ensure smooth functioning and transparency of the selection process. The decisions taken by this committee will remain final and abiding for all the applicants.

  • School Bus service is compulsory.
  • Dates and mode of payment of fees will be displayed along with the selected list of students.
  • For the smooth functioning and transparency of the admission process institution has set up an admission committe. All the decision taken by the committee is final and binding.
